I'm no stranger to the train. I've been riding it since college years.

To me, it was a feeling of independence that i didnt have to wait for the sundo and i can go lakwatsa and 'discover' places whenever i had long breaks.

Not to mention it only took me 20 minutes to get to La Salle vs. the almost an hour long drive from my house, plus gas and the challenge of finding a parking space!

Anyways, I rode the MRT last Sunday. I was still dazed from the loooong week at work, Saturday's morning run, a whole afternoon at FIP then that night's gimmick! I got home almost 5am already slept for like an hour, went to church then prepared for my Sunday lunch meeting!

Mygawd! parang napagod ako ulit just writing that!

Anyhoo. After the meeting, I crashed at my friend's condo at Prince Plaza. Slept till 6pm then dragged my butt from greenbelt to the mrt station bitbit ang humongous bag of tela at mga sapatos na binili ko sa SM. Diosko. Nakakatawa akong tingnan! pero wa akong care, lakad lang ang lola nyo.

Got into the mrt and buzzed my brother to pick me up at the North Station in 30 minutes.

I was tired, hungry and sleepy all at the same time. Feeling ko kamuka ko na yung mga back up dancers ni Michael Jackson sa thriller. Inisip ko nalang na il be reunited with my bed in just a few minutes!

Ok naman ang lahat, until i got down the train, I stayed lang dun sa 2nd floor and waited for my brother's signature bosina. Tapos biglang someone approached me.

mrt man : Excuse me miss, I know this may be kinda weird, but this might be the only time i see you... I just wanted to let you know that i'm physically attracted to you.

Me : eh? uh...ok? thanks? (sabay tinggin sa kalye)

Sa loob loob ko ...eh? anong nangyari?

I saw the guy kanina sa train, but again as i was saying antok at muka na nga akong ngarag so i just focused on staying awake by listening to Patron Tequila by the Paradiso Girls .

He looks ok naman, kinda cute at mukang galing gym. On most occasions that would be such an eye candy. Pero alam nyo yung cute sana, tapos biglang naging weird? parang...sayang!

And WHATTA term naman kasi noh! 'Physically attracted' to you?!?! parang may bahid na masamang intensyon eh! hahaha Hindi ' I think you're cute or pretty'...PHYSICALLY ATTRACTED??

I'm just saddened by all this.

And at the same time it makes me scared thinking that leaders...

or should i say that icons of different industries/sectors are passing away. :(

Diba they said in the bible, that in the end of times, even the strongest of countries will go down?...

and that already happened with the US recession, tapos ngayon...eto... :(

What could be next?

Will we be prepared?

Grabe. September na!

It's the first day of the BER months and to say work has been CRAZY would be an understatement. I look at my planner, tack board and even my monitor...and its filled with reminders, post its and highlighted papers!

In 7 days we're launching a campaign and we haven't even started printing the press materials nor burning the cds needed! the Fund-Raising Agreement, CRM & MOA are still being drafted, the Merchandise has yet to be pulled out and the materials for the press kit has not yet been super finalized!

I made a check list last week on the things i have to do! and i feel like i havent even crossed out anything yet!

diosmio! para na akong nalulunod dito!

Don't get me wrong, I love my job! and i say that in all trueness!
and i think that i'm actually one of the few people who can say that :)
I've only been in the retail industry for 6months (by tom) and i've already met some of the most colorful and controversial personalities in showbiz
Crazy-Toxic is actually the flavor of this job and ahluvet!

it just gets kind of confusing and a bit overwhelming handling the marketing of multiple brands---BAYO, Kids of BAYO & Missy. Not to mention the multiple transactions that comes with that! haha!

Nakakawindang ah!

It's funny when someone calls and asks for the 'Marketing Department'
i would smirk, because in the back of my head i would say '..uh there is NO department!... there's just ME!' hahaha

anyhoo,i shall go back to work na!

siningit ko lang to! because starting a blog has been in my 'to-do' list

for almost forever and its high time na gawin ko na sha!
